Single line call recorder with pop-ups

The Single line call recorder with pop-ups by Red Tin can be used on any analog, digital or ip extension. It is a single line call recorder which uses a telephone interface which connects the telephone to the PC soundcard. Our RedTin software is loaded onto the hard drive of the PC and conversations can then be recorded with a pop up option allowing for the conversation to be referenced.

The Call recorder records telephone conversations directly to your hard disk with a single push of a button.

It stores calls as standard Windows sound files, adding a memo to allow fast and easy call navigation.

The software is Caller ID compatible so there is no need to type caller’s number and name: call logging will be matched with call detail record obtained from the Caller ID information.

The Call recorder requires a PC with a soundcard onboard. The Call recorder will only record one telephone line.
